The current COVID-19 crisis presents us all with unprecedented challenges.
We are monitoring the situation very closely, following Government advice as it is given and following best practice to ensure our own health and that of our customers. Our current situation is as follows:
We are not currently offering a “buy-in-person” service to our customers.
Whilst advice has changed such that we could now open our “buy-in-person” service, we are still exceptionally busy and can’t manage as yet to make this offering. We are currently reviewing what we can offer and will post any news here.
You are welcome to phone or email for advice, and can opt to collect a pre-paid order placed through our webshop. Select “local pickup” at the checkout and we will get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Our webshop is open and we are supplying scythes etc for delivery.
We are very fortunate to work from home, so we do not have to travel. Both Royal Mail and Parcel Force are offering courier services and drivers have procedures in place to ensure effective social distancing.
For example, customers will not be required to sign for parcels and customers can opt to have a parcel left in a safe place.
Please let us know when you order if you would like your parcel left in a safe place eg porch, shed, garage.

Some of our courses will need to be postponed or cancelled
We will notify anyone who is already booked on a course. Participants can opt to keep their booking as it is at the moment, take a full refund or transfer their booking onto a later course date.
If participants opt to keep their current booking or move to a later date, we can still offer a refund or transfer at a later date if the situation changes.
